Trama:
Alla morte del vecchio e misantropo dottor Zorba, il suo squattrinato nipote Cyrus (Woods) riceve in eredità la casa di famiglia. Cyrus trasloca con moglie e figli e scopre che la casa è abitata da una dozzina di fantasmi. Gli Zorba un po' s'impressionano e po' si preoccupano perché in casa sembra sia nascosto un tesoro e la presenza dei fantasmi chiaramente non facilita le ricerche. Il film è una sciocchezza, ma Castle è un genio del gimnick. Solo lui poteva convincere gli spettatori dell'epoca a indossare degli stupidissimi occhialini rosa (che lui stesso distribuiva all'ingresso) senza i quali sarebbe stato impossibile vedere i fantasmi.
